Country retreat available to rent during the winter. This 4 bed rural cottage is run as a B&B during the summer but is available from October to April for long-term rental. The property was built in 2012 using natural materials (stone and mud).
There are two bathrooms (with bath tubs), a large open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and the property is surrounded by garden. The house benefits from spectacular views of the countryside and the Atlantic Ocean, and there are magical sunsets every night. The house has electricity and water (hot and cold pumped from a well). There is a guardian who is responsible for the maintenance of the house and there is a cook and cleaner available.
The village of Bni Meslem is located 15 km south of Asilah. It is accessed via a dirt track, which is not possible to drive on in rainy weather. Locals go by foot or donkey to the main road (3 km) and from there take taxis to Asilah (7 Dh). Basic supplies are also available from Mujlaw (3 km).
